We have realised various types of disc cutting unit to meet the varied cutting needs of our customers. We build them to work 24 hours a day and they stand out from the crowd for their sturdiness and attention to detail. Other distinguishing characteristics are the diameter of the cutting disc, the maximum cut size and the type of motor.

The frame is realized in electrowelded steel profiles, the lower part is panelled and the upper part is closed off with accident-prevention safety guards.

The Cutting Saws are fitted with a system of pneumatic clamps for synchronizing the carriage with the profile speed, external suction unit, reading encoder, impulse count for entering the cut length, adjustable feet for adjusting the machine to the extrusion height.
